Honoring local products
Since November 2021, Kroket is a bistro that makes organic and local artisan croquettes available to eat on site, in Take Away and on delivery platforms.
One day while cooking as a team Alex and Tony developed a passion for croquettes. They thought that this typical local product, which is sometimes overlooked, deserved to be honoured! Crunchy breadcrumbs, a creamy texture, scrupulous seasoning and KROKET was born.
